By accessing or using Dubai Business Experience, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
1. About the Platform
Dubai Business Experience is a business setup management platform designed to help companies, consultancies, and clients manage:
- Leads
- Client onboarding
- Client packages
- Task progress
- Payments
- Uploaded documents
- Business setup workflows
- Client communication and service tracking
The platform supports package options such as Basic, Standard, All in One, and Premium, depending on the services offered by the company or consultancy using the platform.
2. User Types
Company Owner / Super Admin / Consultancy Business
This user can manage company settings, leads, clients, packages, tasks, payments, documents, team access, and business setup progress.
Client
This user can access the client portal to view progress, upload required documents, track payment status, and review assigned services or tasks.
Different users may have different permissions depending on their role.
3. Account Registration
To use the platform, users may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login details confidential
- Not share your account with unauthorized persons
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access
- Keep your account information updated
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to protect login credentials.
4. Use of the Platform
You may use Dubai Business Experience only for lawful business purposes.
You agree not to:
- Upload false, illegal, or misleading information
- Upload documents without proper authorization
- Access another user's account or data without permission
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or damage the platform
- Use the platform for fraud, spam, or illegal activity
- Copy or resell the platform without permission
- Misuse payment, client, or document features
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms.
5. Packages and Services
The platform may allow companies or consultancies to assign service packages to clients, including:
- Basic
- Standard
- All in One
- Premium
Package names, prices, included services, timelines, and deliverables are controlled by the company or consultancy offering the service. Dubai Business Experience provides the system to manage these packages but is not responsible for the actual business setup service, legal advice, government approval, licensing outcome, or consultancy performance unless directly provided by Dubai Business Experience itself.
6. Leads and Client Conversion
The platform helps companies manage leads and convert them into clients.
The company or consultancy is responsible for:
- Entering accurate lead information
- Getting proper consent where required
- Managing communication with leads
- Updating lead and client status correctly
- Ensuring lawful marketing and follow-up activity
7. Tasks, Progress Tracking, and Timelines
Dubai Business Experience allows users to create, assign, and track tasks related to business setup and client services.
Any timeline, progress status, or task completion shown in the platform is for management and tracking purposes only.
Actual completion may depend on:
- Client document submission
- Company or consultancy action
- Third-party service providers
- Government department processing
- Payment completion
- Legal or regulatory requirements
We do not guarantee that any business setup process will be completed within a specific timeline unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
8. Document Uploads
Users may upload documents required for business setup or service management.
By uploading documents, you confirm that:
- The documents are accurate and lawful
- You have the right to upload them
- The documents do not violate third-party rights
- The documents are not fraudulent, harmful, or illegal
Companies and consultancies are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using uploaded documents appropriately.
9. Payments and Invoices
The platform may display payment records, invoices, paid amounts, pending amounts, or payment status.
Unless otherwise stated, payments are made between the client and the company or consultancy providing the service.
Dubai Business Experience is not responsible for payment disputes between clients and companies unless Dubai Business Experience is the direct service provider or payment recipient.
Refunds, cancellations, and payment terms should be handled according to the policy of the company or consultancy providing the service.
10. Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate with third-party services such as:
- Payment gateways
- Cloud hosting providers
- Email or SMS providers
- Analytics tools
- Document storage services
- Government or external service portals, where applicable
We are not responsible for third-party service downtime, errors, pricing, policies, or performance.
